Padfield Congregational Chapel

Padfield Congregational Chapel – a peaceful place for busy lives

Padfield Congregational Chapel is in the centre of Padfield Village and is a much loved community focal point.  Regular Services every Sunday 10.45am to 12pm and Communion the first Sunday of every month.  Padfield Congregational Chapel is also available for Christenings, Weddings and Funerals.  The Chapel also hosts many otherevents throughout the year from Messy Chapel parties for families and Children to Quiz nights, Tea parties and Fairs.

The Chapel building is used for Tuesday Club which takes place 11am – 12pm every Tuesday.  If you are at home on Tuesday morning just come along, ages from just a few months to many decades come and share coffee, tea and home made cakes, you’d be most welcome.  The building also hosts Padfield Residents’ Society activities such as Craft Fairs, Padfield Resident’s Society AGM and on alternate ‘odd number’ years the Padfield Impromptu.

Over the last 18 months there has been much refurbishment of the Chapel building funded by kind donations and lots of Fundraiser activities within Padfield village.  The Chapel is an important community meeting place, do visit or come to an event sometime!

  • Sunday Services

All Sunday Services and Chapel Events are temporarily suspended in line with current Government guidance and will recommence as soon as possible.  May we wish everyone well in these complex times.  Many blessings to all.

  • Events

We will return as soon as possible with a Quiz and the June 192nd Anniversary Tea Party.  Look after yourselves and be safe.
